Exercises For Civil Dogs & Their Civil Testings
The aim of this training video is to show you a series of exercises to maintain a dog's civil behavior in various scenarios.
The first exercise, called bridging, trains the dog to stay focused on a civil decoy despite distractions like muzzles or suits. The second exercise aims to diffuse the dog's aggression through interactions with a civil decoy. The "Monkey See Monkey Do" exercise involves multiple dogs observing and learning from each other's interactions with a decoy. Stronger dogs with muzzles are used to set an example for others. Quick transitions between scenarios keep the dog engaged. The exercises are designed to enhance a dog's confidence, obedience, and civil behavior through controlled interactions with decoys.
The video has CC ( closed caption ) which help anyone with a hearing impairment.
